Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These regulations are based on MMACA's educational philosophy and aim to enable students to lead a safe and disciplined communal life, fostering harmonious growth in their personality, academic ability, physical health, and spirituality.
Chapter 2: School Life
Article 2 (Worship and Classes)
- Worship, classes, and MMA training are part of the curriculum and, as a general rule, attendance is mandatory.
- If you must be absent or late, you will contact the school in advance and obtain permission.
Article 3 (Attire)
- Within the school grounds, you are to wear school-designated attire or attire approved by the school.
- I will always maintain cleanliness and dress in a manner appropriate for school life.
Chapter 3: Dorm Life
Article 4 (Co-habitation)
- Dorm residents respect each other and maintain order in communal living.
- We will organize and clean our private rooms and common areas.
Article 5 (Going Out/Staying Out)
- Permission must be obtained in advance for going out or staying out overnight. You must submit the prescribed notification form and obtain school approval.
- Going out after 10 PMAnd / AlsoOvernight outing/stayrequires parental consent and the principal's permission.
- Unauthorized absence or overnight stays outside the dormitory will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Student Life Regulations and Disciplinary Regulations.
- In the event that returning to the dormitory becomes difficult due to disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, you must promptly contact the school and follow their instructions.
- Curfew and other daily living hours shall be separately determined by the school.
Chapter 4: Learning and Training
Article 6
- I will seriously commit to learning and training.
- In case of injury or illness, I will promptly report to the faculty and staff.
Chapter 5: Smartphones and ICT
Article 7
- Use during classes, religious services, and training sessions is prohibited.
- Posts on social media and other platforms will be made with respect for the honor and privacy of the school, students, faculty, and related parties.
- Defamation, illegal acts, copyright infringement, and other improper uses are prohibited.
Chapter 6: Prohibitions
Article 8
Students must not do the following:
- Alcohol, smoking, and illegal drug use
- Bullying, violence, threats, harassment
- Theft, property damage, and other illegal acts
- Cheating or other dishonest acts
- Unauthorized overnight stay, unauthorized absence
- Bringing in dangerous goods
- Gambling
- Commercial activities without school permission
- Other actions that go against the school's educational philosophy
Chapter 7: MMA Activities
Article 9
- The skills acquired through martial arts must not be used for purposes other than legitimate competition, instruction, or self-defense.
- Participation in off-campus games, practices, seminars, etc. requires school permission.
- We will comply with safety management and sportsmanship.
Chapter 8 Awards and Guidance
Article 10
Schools may recognize students who excel in areas such as exemplary behavior, academic achievement, athletic performance, and social contribution.
Article 11
In the event of a regulation violation, the school will conduct interviews, consultations with guardians, and special guidance, etc., with the aim of the student's growth. Major violations will be handled in accordance with the disciplinary regulations.
Chapter 9: Discipline
Article 12
When educationally necessary, schools may take the following measures:
- Verbal warning
- Written notice
- Parent-teacher conference
- Special Instruction
- Activity restrictions for a certain period
- Suspension
- Withdrawal
In meting out disciplinary measures, we will give students an opportunity to explain themselves and make judgments with fairness and educational consideration.
Chapter 10 Supplementary Provisions
Article 13
This regulation shall be enacted and may be revised by the principal as necessary.
